Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Add Caesar dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
