- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grilled chicken or bacon bits for added protein
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Add Caesar dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
- Just before serving, stir in croutons to keep them crunchy.
- Top with grilled chicken or bacon if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra crunch, use freshly toasted croutons or add sunflower seeds.
